  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water (as needed, for thinning)

Tips & Variations

Pro Tips

  • For the greenest color, use fresh herbs only—avoid dried.
  • Letting the dressing chill for 30 minutes intensifies the flavors.
  • If you prefer a completely smooth dressing, blend for a few extra seconds.
  • For a vegan version, use vegan mayo and coconut yogurt.
  • If you dislike anchovy, omit it—the sauce will still be delicious.

Storage

  • Refrigerator: Up to 1-2 weeks in airtight container
  • Freezer: Up to 3 months (thaw overnight in fridge)
  • Best Practice: Store in glass jars for longer freshness

Recipe Variations

  • Avocado Green Goddess: Add half a ripe avocado for extra creaminess and healthy fats.
  • Spicy Green Goddess: Add 1 small jalapeño or a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat.
  • Dairy-Free: Substitute Greek yogurt with unsweetened coconut yogurt or more mayo.
